What matters most
Unemployment rate has gone up. Oh well, when did the number went down? Though many have gone out of the country to work, and many have been hired, there are still thousands or hundreds of thousands seeking employment. It’s so easy to land in any tech jobs because it’s one of the in demand job orders lately…that if one has enough knowledge and experience but if one has is not skillful enough, then I suggest you better undergo skills training to be competitive. Educational background is not the main passport to land a job now. It’s the skills and competencies that matters, especially for jobs that require certain skill levels.
Jobs fair
Labor day is just a couple of weeks from now and I can already smell Jobs Fair that’s going to happen at the malls. Hundreds, if not thousands of applicants will surely flock at the venue hoping that they could land a job. That’s for those who aren’t taking advantage of online job sites. While those who find online job search more convenient, like a Manufacturing job search is literally easy. There are hundreds or thousands of vacant positions posted in various websites and applying for different companies is far easier than sending applications and resumés through mail. If you haven’t tried searching for jobs online, you must try it.
Job hunting
School is over and thousands have been added to the raising unemployment rate of the country. Many are thinking there’s no future here so more and more are considering going abroad to work. With the current manpower rate, it’s really tempting for others to seek a greener pasture outside of the country and try their luck going over the list of vacancies for Philadelphia jobs and other states. Looking over job sites for job hunting is easier than literally walking from offices to offices submitting applications.
I just hope I won’t go into the same dilemma that others have been going through that makes them want to go out of the country and find their future there for I can’t see myself working in foreign lands.
