MYM: Stability Ball
I have always seen this on TV on fitness shows but it never got my attention nor I didn’t become curious on its uses and benefits. All I know, it’s an exercise ball until late last month when I read a HS friend’s blog post about her friend looking for a stability ball chair. I become curious so I asked Mr. Google what are the benefits in using Stability Ball instead of my executive chair and here’s what I got:
