There’s a dozen of eggs sitting in the fridge for around two weeks. I don’t know why I keep on including eggs in our grocery list when I seldom cook eggs for breakfast. Should I say, I don’t eat eggs as much as I need to. Since I am craving for something sweet, I decided to make a Leche Flan. This time, I baked it. As soon as Ace got home, the baked Leche Flan is done. Then he has something sweet from MIL. We got a box of Vjandep Pastel (a delicacy from Camiguin Island) – a filled buns. After dinner, we had leche flan for dessert and pastel for midnight snack paired with Royal Tru Orange. Sugar galore!
Yesterday, I am not yet over with my sugar fix that I had pastel, leche flan and softdrinks for lunch! I know it’s too much but I am just craving for it. No sweets in the coming days anyway.
