I gained weight

Over the years I’ve grown bigger. From a waistline of 24” some years ago to 28” now, people who don’t frequently see me would compliment I look GOOD with my current figure. Wehhh?! Indeed it’s a compliment because they know how much I have been dreaming to gain weight for years. Now that my wish has come true, then I realized gaining weight is not that easy budget-wise because I need to upgrade my wardrobe from time to time. It seems that every few months I am getting bigger and my clothes wont fit me anymore.

I am ranting about my weight and yet I am not even doing anything such as taking those diet pills that work except from the usual 5-10 minute exercise that I do. It’s not a guarantee that I lose weight from doing the exercise, but I am confident I will lose a few inch from my waist and I hope to achieve that soon because my belly fats are not anymore pleasant to the eyes.hahaha

Fitness goal

As the year started, I am jotting down my fitness goal for 2011. I wasn’t too serious with my goal last year and since I am not getting younger, I need to be physically fit. Going to the gym is not an option for me because we’re too far from a fitness gym. Taking an early morning brisk-walk is also not an option because I am not a morning person. So I am left with doing a workout here at home all by myself and have included a 10-minute Kaoshiki dance everyday in my schedule. As much as I would like to have an exercise equipment such as pull up bars, we cannot have it due to limited space. So I’d rather contain myself with doing my simple routine in this small space that we have now.

Natural treatment

There are lots of natural acne treatment one can find in the net. We cannot just rely on advertisements about acne treatment, we also have to go out of the box and think of natural treatment that will work on our face. So far, haven’t tried one. But when I was younger, my mother would usually tell me to squeeze Philippine lemon (calamansi) in my pimple so it will dry and won’t grow bigger and become acne. It works for me. Since then, calamansi is my first treatment to pimples. If we’re just resourceful and has the initiative to look for simple and natural ways, we can really find one. We just be patient and diligent.
