Not for brisk walking
The neighborhood now is not conducive for brisk walking because the roads are not not paved unlike from where we came from. So what is our option for getting a once in a blue moon exercise? Ace said we could go walking at the nearby subdivision where roads are wider and paved. If I want to sweat out indoors, I guess I would still have to do my Kaoshiki Dance or hip hop abs. But this zumba zumba I chanced upon on the net is interesting. Zumba is nice because it’s involves different dance moves. Should I choose to try it, I need to lock myself in the room so hubby won’t see me my awkward moves.Hahaha

Growing like mushrooms
Nursing schools have grown like mushrooms around the country and students taking up nursing reached several hundred thousands already. Everywhere I look I see students in white uniform, I can’t help but wonder if there will still be jobs available for them in line with their course after they graduate. Some people I know were lucky to land a job at hospital’s abroad. It was not easy for them. They not only submitted medical resume but has underwent trainings and seminars not to mention the exams they have to pass before finally getting that coveted job.
Multivitamin
Lately I don’t feel too exhausted after a long day of being busy or just doing not so important things. Thanks to the multivitamin that I am taking every day. I sometimes don’t feel like taking it though because the capsule is too huge that I would sometime want to puke when I can hardly swallow it. Mine is bigger than Ace’ multivitamins! Next time I’ll get the vitamins that are not too large for my throat. Also, I prefer soft gels than capsules. Wish my preferred brand will manufacture multivitamins in soft gel or I’ll go back to taking the brand that I was taking when I was still in school.
Thanks anyway to a good friend who walked three blocks just to get my orders of multivitamins during her lunch break.
