Brain food
I noticed I’ve been eating nuts more the past weeks. Every time we go to the grocery, I usually have a pack of roasted nuts. Just missed those college days when Mamang brings me home peanuts during exam week. It’s my “brain food” so Mamang would religiously buy peanuts when it’s time to burn candles. So glad I didn’t develop acne for eating lots of nuts contrary to what others believe that nuts can cause breakout. Oh well, for those who are craving for nuts but has an acne-prone skin, there are lots of acne remedies you can resort to…just don’t deprive yourself from eating your favorite. After all, nuts are healthy food.

Luxurious hair and make-up
I was surprised to know how much it costs for a simple haircut in the US…much more the cost of having a make-up done in the salon! If we could get a nice cut or trim for more than $2 here in this part of the planet, it is tenfolds on the other side of the planet. So, getting a haircut is a luxury to them. That explains why they learn to cut or trim their own hair or their family member’s to save from unnecessary expense of a salon visit. Most people do their hair and make-up even during special occasions, I presume. But then if the make-up artist who would do my face is a product of Chattanooga beauty school, then maybe I wouldn’t give a damn paying a little bit extra for the expertise of the person. After all, I wouldn’t be going to the salon everyday so it won’t hurt if I try to have my hair and make-up done by somebody from a reputable beauty school like Regency.

I need a good hairdresser
Going to salons in the US is a luxury, not a necessity. That’s why graduates from Regency Beauty Institute are earning a lucrative income in offering their services to salons and even to cruise ships. Though going to salons is a luxury, there are many people making beauty and wellness in their priority hence the growth of salon industry. That also explains why Regency keeps on expanding and putting up campuses to different areas so many will be able to enroll and learn from that reputable institution when it comes to beauty services. Wish there’s also a campus nearby so hairdressers in the salons around the city will definitely be coming from that school. By then, I won’t have a problem looking for a good hairdresser that could perfectly do a layered cut for me.
