Busy weekend
Post marathon on a weekend! What’s new? I’ve been doing it for long. It has become an issue with Ace before but he has come to understand that I need to finish some tasks before cut-off so there’s no way that I won’t blog on weekends, unless of course if there is no pending tasks.
Anyway, my sister, BIL and the kids are here. They brought grilled and “adobong” catfish for lunch. Yummy! Then just before I would look for symptoms and cures for herpes simplex that has been pushed aside since yesterday, the power has gone off. The two-hour power interruption strikes again! I don’t bother that much because it’s my way of staying away from the computer but with the Eman in the house, he became fussy with the heat. Now the power is back so post marathon again before we hit the road for another road trip up north in my sister’s SIL’s place.
Building muscles
From my Home Economics class in Elementary, I learned that protein helps build muscles. That’s the reason why babies are then fed with protein-rich foods such as ground “mongo” and “dilis” mixed with their milk. That’s how it used to be when baby foods are not yet available in the supermarket shelves but as far as I know, it is better to feed babies with that food including mashed veggies and others because those are more healthy than the baby foods with preservatives.
But to those who wanted to have bigger muscles in adults, they opt for bsn cell mass coupled with rigorous workout to attain that “body-building” body that every body builder would love to have. I am sure aside from those supplement, body builders eat lots of protein-rich foods to help maximize the effect of supplements.
Personally, I don’t find those bodies with bulging muscles that attractive and I am thankful Ace is not obsessed into body-building things.

Blogging hubby
Hubby has a 2 year-old blog that was neglected for a very long time. Since he wanted to venture into blogging, I got him a domain and imported his post from his old blog. But now that everything’s ready, he cannot just start composing a post. He’s telling me he cannot make it because he doesn’t know how to write. I don’t believe him. He just don’t have the confidence that he could write fairly well. Writing is not everybody’s forte anyway, and putting words together to express one’s thoughts will take a lot of effort if you are just beginning to blog. I told Ace he could just compose a post using simple sentences – as long as there’s subject-verb agreement, it’s just okay. I know hubby can write…he just needs some motivation so I am thinking of ways to motivate him write even a 100-word blog post everyday. If his blog has fairly enough content, then we could submit it in free web directory to increase his blog’s reach. Hope Ace will find time to blog and I am pretty sure he’ll enjoy it more when he sees his blog earnings.
